It’s a human tendency to wine and complain and have a grown up temper tantrum! The reality is it usually doesn’t change the outcome of the situation. Yes it might feel good for a moment, but ultimately its time wasted. I worked for this guy for 6 precious years, he didn’t keep me there, and it was by my choice I stayed…until I decided it was enough, the relationship ended. The moral of this story is simple…STOP Complaining about it, do something about your situation.
